Who we are

Terrace Design Studio is a building and interior design studio based in Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast QLD. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you contact us through our website, a Google Ads lead form, email or phone, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and any details you share about your project or property.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss and deliver design services, and keep you updated about your project. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with people involved in your project, such as engineers, certifiers or builders, when needed and with your knowledge, or where required by law. Enquiries made through Google Ads lead forms are also processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

Website data

Our website may use standard analytics and advertising tools, including Google services, which use cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
